Anticipation

For around a month now I have been preparing to welcome a new little man into my life. Stocking up on pine shavings, hoarding toilet paper tubes for him to play with and standing in front of the columns of different cat food brands (yes, cat food brands) to figure out which has the best nutritional value for the new little hedgehog will all pay off when he comes home with me tomorrow. After wearing the same shirt for a week, I'm ready to add some variety to my wardrobe and give this shirt over to my soon-to-be little guy so he can learn my scent! I'm a little nervous but hurray for starting off the new year with a new best friend!
